Unable to Recover Gmail Account After Hacker Changed Details

I am writing to report that my Gmail account has been taken over by another person and I can no longer access it. This person obtained my Gmail address and password and then changed all the information in the account, including the details needed for recovery. Because of this, I am now completely locked out and cannot log in. I no longer remember which phone number is currently linked to the account, and I cannot use any recovery options to get back in. All the information inside the account and my personal data are now under the control of this other person, which makes me very worried about my privacy and the possible misuse of my data. I kindly request that you verify my identity by any secure method you find appropriate, restore access to my Gmail account to me as the rightful owner, and block or remove the unauthorized person who is currently controlling it. I also ask you to secure the account so that this does not happen again.
