Google Must Restore My Hacked Gmail Account

I had been using my Gmail account on my Android phone, but about six months ago another person hacked my account and changed the recovery email address to their own. Since this change, I have completely lost access to my account and can no longer log in. Because the recovery information was altered by the hacker, I am unable to use the “Forgot password” option or complete the standard account recovery steps, and I have not been able to regain control of the account. This situation has caused serious concern about how my personal information and data stored in this Gmail account may be misused. I am requesting that my hacked Gmail account be recovered and returned to me, or that the necessary security verification checks be carried out so I can securely access and use my account again.
