Gmail Account Hacked and Recovery Options No Longer Work

I am writing to report that my Gmail account (heshithapere****@gmail.com) has been taken over by an unauthorized person. Earlier today, I received security alerts indicating suspicious activity, and shortly afterward I lost access to my account. The unauthorized user has changed my password, linked phone number, and recovery email, which prevents me from using the standard account recovery options.

Because of these changes, I am unable to verify my identity through the usual methods on the login page.
