I am writing regarding a serious problem with Google account recovery for my Gmail account (alik***[email protected]). After my phone was reset in December 2025, I tried to recover access to my Google account. During the recovery process, I receive a verification code on my phone and enter it correctly, but the system then requires a second verification step via my recovery email. Because two-factor authentication is enabled and I no longer have access to the recovery email address, I am unable to pass this step and I am completely locked out of my account. This situation is critical for me because this Gmail account contains around 1000 personal photos, important personal and financial documents, and it is linked to several paid subscriptions such as Google One, YouTube Premium and Google Photos. In addition, I use this email to access my MEXC crypto exchange account, and being locked out of Gmail prevents me from withdrawing or managing my funds there. I have all relevant proof of ownership of the account, including payment receipts, invoices and credit card statements. My phone number on the account is up to date and correct. I have attempted to log in and recover the account multiple times from both my old and new devices and from my home Wi‑Fi network in Kashmir, but the problem persists. I have tried to get help through the Google Help section, but I have not been able to reach an effective, human support representative or receive any useful solution. Despite paying for Google services, I am unable to access my own data and subscriptions, and I have no clear support channel for resolving this urgent issue. I request immediate assistance, restoration of access to my Gmail account and assignment of a dedicated support agent who can verify my identity based on the documents and payment information I can provide, so that I can recover my account and prevent any further personal and financial loss.
