I Lost Access to My Gmail Account and Cannot Recover It

I am writing about a problem with my Gmail account, which I use on my Android phone. My Gmail account parmar***@gmail.com has been blocked, and I can no longer access it.

I believe that my account ID or recovery information may have been changed without my permission, and as a result my access to the account has been blocked. I lost access to this Gmail account about five days ago, and since then I have not been able to log in or recover the account.
