Givenchy Irresistible Perfume From Sephora Has Faulty Spray and No Lasting Scent

I purchased an 80 ml Givenchy Irresistible perfume from Sephora Palladium, trusting the brand’s reputation for authenticity and quality. However, just after 3–5 uses, the spray mechanism broke, making it extremely difficult to use the product properly.

In addition, the fragrance is not long-lasting at all. While the tester scent at the store stayed on me for nearly a full day, the bottle I bought loses its scent before I even leave the house. This huge difference raises serious concerns about the product’s quality and consistency.

I am very disappointed with this purchase, as I relied on Sephora’s credibility when choosing to buy such an expensive perfume. Unfortunately, my experience left me dissatisfied and regretful.

I kindly request that my complaint be reviewed carefully and that my issue be resolved, either through a replacement or refund. A premium brand and retailer should not allow customers to experience such problems.
