On November 8, 2025, I paid for a GitHub Copilot Pro Chat subscription, and the transaction was successfully completed. However, even though my subscription is active and I have the payment receipt, I continuously receive a message in Copilot Chat while trying to write code with Claude Sonnet 4.5 that says, “Your limit has been reached. Try again on the 1st of next month.” This issue has been ongoing since the very first day my subscription started, and I encounter the same warning every time I try to use the service.
I previously had a subscription, but after making this new payment, being unable to use the service has caused significant inconvenience. I have not been able to reach GitHub customer support and therefore have not received any assistance.
