Satin Care Shave Gel Canister Rusts Near Foam Dispenser in Bathroom

I have been using the Satin Care Sensitive Aloe Vera Glide shaving gel for about 5 months in the bathroom, in accordance with its intended use and in an environment where it contacts water. However, today I noticed severe rust and corrosion on the inside of the cap and especially on the metal components that come into contact with the foam. As can be seen in the photos I took, the metal surfaces are distinctly rusted.

I believe this is not merely an aesthetic issue. There is a risk that the rusted metal surface comes into contact with the shaving gel foam, and consequently, directly with my skin. Since shaving gel is a personal care product applied directly to the skin, I believe the metal and other materials used in the packaging should be moisture- and water-resistant, safe, and hygienic. Although the product is inherently kept in the bathroom and naturally exposed to moisture and water, experiencing this level of rusting in such a short period raises serious questions regarding packaging material quality and product safety.

I demand an explanation from company officials regarding why this rusting occurred, information on the water and moisture resistance of the metal components and packaging materials used, and a clear response on whether using the product in this condition is safe for health. Furthermore, I request a resolution for the grievance I experienced, as well as necessary investigations regarding packaging quality and product safety to prevent similar situations from happening to other consumers.

I believe that packaging quality in personal care products is just as important as the formula itself. Therefore, I request that this matter be evaluated not only regarding the issue I experienced, but also in terms of the safety of other consumers using the same product, and that a written, detailed response be provided to me.
