Gillette Proglide Blade Causes Severe Cuts and Irritation on First Use
During my first shave with the Gillette Proglide razor I bought from Migros today, I suffered severe irritation and cuts on my face. As a long-time user of this brand, the product felt noticeably different from usual, causing much more burning and cutting than normal. Redness and severe irritation developed on my chin and neck area, accompanied by a burning sensation that lasted for a long time after shaving. Moreover, since this product is by no means cheap, this experience left me even more frustrated.
Given that I have used this same product line for a long time without any issues, experiencing this problem with this specific pack suggests the product may be defective or substandard. I request that the product be inspected, recalled if necessary, and that proper quality checks be conducted to prevent similar incidents. I demand a resolution to my grievance and that a new, defect-free replacement product be sent to me in exchange for the item purchased from Migros.
