Faber-Castell Grip 1347 Rusted Within One Month

About eight months ago, I purchased a Faber-Castell Grip 1347 0.7 mm mechanical pencil from a stationery store in Kozcağız, Bartın. Not long after buying it, I noticed that the metal tip had already started to rust—within the first month of normal use. I have always used the pencil carefully, so seeing rust develop so quickly was extremely disappointing. I paid approximately $4 for the pencil, and I expected a product in this price range, especially from Faber-Castell, to be much more durable.
So far, I have not contacted either the retailer or Faber-Castell regarding this issue. However, I believe this level of corrosion after such a short period is not consistent with the quality I expect from the brand.
I respectfully request that Faber-Castell inspect my Grip 1347 0.7 mm mechanical pencil, repair or replace the rusted tip if necessary, and provide a clear explanation as to why the corrosion developed so quickly under normal use.
