The 1 kg raw meat order I placed through Getir was canceled by the courier after calling me, despite the building entrance being open and my apartment door clearly marked. Instead of hanging the package and leaving as they should have, the courier chose to act this way. I was home the entire time and could have easily received the delivery if they had made a proper attempt. This situation has caused a serious loss of trust for me. This clearly shows malicious intent. I haven’t received a refund either. Who would want to shop from a company that does this on their very first order? Other companies never behave this way!
