Burger King Wrong And Missing Order - Items Cold And Unhygienic

On November 23 at 22:29, the order I placed from Burger King through Getir Yemek was delivered both incorrectly and incompletely. My order included 3 fries—2 large crinkle-cut and 1 small regular—but I received 2 regular fries and 1 small regular. I had also ordered 3 ice creams and paid extra for chocolate and caramel sauce for each, yet all the ice creams were delivered plain, and no chocolate sauce was included. Additionally, one of my burgers arrived with the wrapper already opened, the package unsealed, and in a condition that was unacceptable in terms of hygiene. Although the total amount was 721 ₺, I paid 525 ₺ using a coupon, and the payment was charged in advance online via Getir with my bank card. Despite this, the items I paid extra for were delivered missing and incorrect, and one item arrived in an unhygienic state. This clearly constitutes defective service. I contacted Getir customer service twice through the app. They insisted on photos, but I explained that we had to consume the items immediately because my guests and I were hungry, and the food had already arrived cold. Even so, they refused my refund and compensation request, saying “we can’t process anything without photos,” and ended the conversation quickly. During the second chat, they again insisted on photos, and when I said I would file a complaint, they tried to brush it off with generic apologies. I have screenshots of both conversations. Since my order was delivered incomplete, incorrect, and in violation of hygiene rules despite my paying extra, I request a full refund for this order. If the refund is not issued, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board using the screenshots and order records.
