Hello, I have an active Getcontact subscription linked to my phone number (5010****44), but I can’t even use the app. Every time I try to log in, the app immediately crashes and closes itself. I’ve recorded a video as proof showing exactly what happens.
Despite this issue, I'm still being charged a monthly subscription fee. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that I can't access at all. I expect to use what I’m paying for—but right now, I’m getting nothing in return.
