I Face Login Failure With Error 5001 on Getcontact Premium Account

I have been unable to log into my Getcontact account for several weeks, despite having an active Premium subscription. Every time I try to access the app, I receive an error message stating “We could not start Getcontact” along with error code 5001. I have contacted support multiple times, but no one has provided a solution or followed up to resolve the issue.
It is unacceptable for a paid service to be inaccessible for this long without adequate support. I subscribed to Getcontact Premium expecting priority service and uninterrupted access, but instead, I am left without any access to the features I paid for. This situation is frustrating, both financially and emotionally, as I feel abandoned by your support team.
I urgently request that my access issue be fixed immediately and that I receive a full explanation for this prolonged technical failure. If the problem cannot be solved promptly, I expect a full refund for the period during which I was unable to use the service. Please take this matter seriously and resolve it without further delay.
