I Can't Access My Get Contact Premium Account For 2 Months

I recently deleted and reinstalled the Getcontact app, but now it won’t let me log in, even though I have an active Premium membership. I don’t understand what’s going on—I’ve paid for the service, yet I’m locked out of my own account. I use Getcontact for important purposes like searching numbers and checking messages, and now I can’t access any of it. I urgently need to get back into the app, but there’s no proper support or guidance on how to resolve this issue. If I have a Premium account, I should be able to log in without issues. I’m requesting immediate help from the support team. I need access to my messages and caller information without further delay. This is unacceptable, especially for paying users. Please fix this problem now. The verification doesn't work on WhatsApp
