I recently subscribed to Getcontact Premium specifically to see who viewed my profile, looked up my number, or searched for me. However, even after upgrading and paying for the Premium membership, all the viewers still show up as “anonymous.” This completely defeats the purpose of why I purchased the subscription in the first place.
Before going Premium, I was already able to see tags and numbers without paying anything. I expected Premium to unlock the full features as advertised, but instead, I feel misled and disappointed. Now I’ve spent my money and gained no extra value in return.
If Getcontact is going to continue showing anonymous users despite charging for these features, what exactly am I paying for? I request a clear explanation and either proper access to the Premium features or a full refund. This needs to be addressed immediately.
