Paid Getcontact Premium but Can’t See Caller Names or Details

Since September 1, 2025, I have had a Getcontact Premium subscription, but I can no longer see the caller’s name, surname, or occupation details. I have been using the app for almost three years, and this issue has been happening with all numbers for the last three weeks.

My device is a Realme 10, and I already tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and updating the app, but the problem remains. My account is registered under Gökhan K****.

I reached out to Getcontact customer service, but I never received any response. I pay the Premium subscription fee every month, yet I cannot use the service I am paying for. I want this issue resolved immediately; otherwise, I will cancel my membership.
