I Face Inability to Delete My Old Getcontact Account After Number Change

I have an old Getcontact account linked to my previous phone number, and I no longer want this account to remain active. Since I have changed my phone number, I cannot access the old account to delete it myself. I do not want any of my personal data or account information to be visible or searchable on your platform.
I have tried to find a solution within the app, but there is no clear process for users who have changed their numbers. Additionally, when I try to submit a short complaint through your system, it does not allow me to proceed. This lack of functionality makes it even harder to resolve simple issues like this one.
I kindly request that you remove my old Getcontact account associated with my previous phone number as soon as possible. Please reach out to me and provide assistance in completing this request. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint through other consumer protection platforms.
