I want my Getcontact account associated with my old phone number to be permanently deleted. After switching to a new number, I attempted to log in, but it keeps connecting to my old number’s account. I also do not want any of my tags to be visible to third parties, and I want my number to be unsearchable in the app’s database.
This is a serious privacy concern, and I expect Getcontact to take immediate action to resolve this issue. Please delete my old account and ensure that my new number is fully secured without any visibility to others. I am waiting for a prompt resolution.
