Getcontact Old Account Linked to My Previous Number Cannot Be Deleted

I have an old Getcontact account created with my previous phone number (544*4104)**. I changed my number about two years ago and no longer have access to my old line. When I try to delete the account through the app, I cannot complete the process because the verification code is sent to my old number, which I cannot receive.

I do not want my old number or the tags linked to it to remain active on Getcontact. I also tried logging in with my email, but the app only requests phone number verification, so I was unable to proceed. My old number was registered under Vodafone in Ağrı, Turkey, and I never had any subscription or Premium membership on that account.

Since I cannot access my old number, I am requesting that Getcontact provide an alternative method of verification, such as identity verification, so that my old account and all related data can be permanently deleted.

I kindly ask for urgent assistance with this matter, as I do not want outdated or misleading information linked to me on the platform.
