I downloaded Getcontact out of curiosity to see who viewed my profile, and I subscribed. However, the app forces you into a subscription without an easy way to cancel. There is no visible cancellation option, even though they claim you can cancel anytime.
This is completely unacceptable! I do not accept this practice, and I demand immediate cancellation of my subscription. If my subscription is not canceled, I will take legal action against this deceptive policy.
No company has the right to trap users into ongoing charges without their consent. I expect a quick resolution and a refund for any unauthorized charges!
