Hello, I’ve been trying to create an account on GetContact, but I haven’t been able to receive the SMS verification code—no matter what I try. At first, I thought the problem was my phone signal, so I waited and tried again. I attempted the verification process multiple times, but the SMS simply never arrives.
To fix the issue, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I even tried again on different days, thinking it might have been a temporary issue. Still, nothing. No messages, no access, no support.
This is incredibly frustrating. I can’t even get past the first step of registration. GetContact, please fix your verification system and help users like me who are completely blocked from using your app. I expect a prompt resolution.
