I Face Inability to Delete Badoo Account Due to Phone Verification Error

I want to permanently delete my Badoo account, but the application does not allow me to complete the process. My account was previously registered, but after mistakenly uploading the wrong photo, the app asked me to verify my phone number. Despite trying multiple times, I continuously receive the error message “phone number could not be verified,” and I am unable to delete my account.

I encountered this issue today, although I have faced a similar problem in the past. I already contacted Badoo customer service, but no solution was provided. Meanwhile, my personal information, photos, and account details remain active without my consent.

My registered email address is hnk********@hotmail.com.tr**, I use an iOS device, and my location is Antalya, Turkey. I am urgently requesting that my account and all related personal data be permanently deleted. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to protect my personal rights.
