Getcontact Account Deletion Not Working — My Number and Personal Info Are Still Public
About a week ago, I deleted my Getcontact account from within the app — yet my account remains open and my information is still visible to others. I am uncomfortable with the fact that my phone number and personal details continue to be viewable by other users on the platform.
During this time, I attempted to contact Getcontact support but received no response whatsoever. I want to be informed about why my deletion request was not completed, and I need this situation corrected as soon as possible.
My request to Getcontact is straightforward: all personal data associated with my account must be permanently and completely deleted, my phone number must be removed so it is no longer visible to other users, and it must be deactivated on a permanent basis.
