I Face Unauthorized ₺403 Charge from Geofind Without Ever Registering
Last night, I noticed an unauthorized withdrawal of ₺403 from my bank card linked to the Geofind website. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I have never registered on Geofind, never created an account, and until now, I had no knowledge of the platform’s existence. I only learned about it after investigating the unexpected charge.
I find it unacceptable that money can be taken from my account without my approval or any prior notification. This is not only unfair but also feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit unsuspecting consumers. I demand the immediate refund of the ₺403 taken from my card and written confirmation that my personal and financial data will not be used again.
If Geofind fails to act quickly, I will escalate this issue through legal channels and file a complaint with consumer protection authorities. Companies should not be allowed to mislead or exploit customers in this way, and I expect Geofind to resolve this matter urgently.
