A few days ago, I purchased a Premium membership for Google Gemini AI by paying approximately $3 USD. However, despite the payment being successfully processed, the Premium features have not been activated.
When I try to use the Premium features, an error message appears on the screen and the features do not unlock. Even though I have paid the fee, I am unable to benefit from any of the Premium advantages. If requested, I can provide a screenshot of the error message I am encountering.
I made this payment in order to access the Premium features as advertised, and currently I cannot use them at all. I request that my Premium membership be activated as soon as possible and that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved.
