I am a Gemini Pro subscriber and pay $16 per month. However, despite having an active subscription, certain features that I know are included in Gemini Pro—such as the learning guide and image editing tools—do not appear in my Android app at all. On the same device, these features are active and visible under another Google AI Pro account I use, but they are completely missing from my own account.
I have been experiencing this issue for approximately 1.5 months, since the day I subscribed, and I have not yet contacted support or submitted a formal request about it. The fact that these features are available under one account but not under mine within the same app creates the impression that my subscription has not been fully or properly activated.
I request that all features included in my paid Gemini Pro subscription—especially the learning guide and image editing tools—be fully enabled on my account and that this inconsistency be resolved as soon as possible.
