Google AI Pro Subscription Still Hits Video Limit After Upgrade

I purchased a Google AI Pro subscription for Google Gemini, paying $21. My goal was to be able to generate more videos. Initially, I upgraded my subscription because I had hit the video limit, but even after purchasing the package, the system keeps giving me a "you've reached your limit" warning, and I still can't generate new videos. In other words, I'm not getting the usage benefits the upgraded subscription promised. I've emailed support to try to get this fixed, but I haven't received any response so far. I've been put at a disadvantage both by having paid for the service and by not getting any support. My request to Google Gemini is that my video generation limit actually be increased in line with the Google AI Pro package I purchased, and that this issue be resolved urgently. If that's not possible, I'm requesting a refund of the $21 I paid for a service I haven't been able to use.
