I Face Refund Problem After Unauthorized GearUp Booster Charges on Vodafone Line

I discovered that approximately $169 in various game-related charges were made through my Vodafone line without my knowledge or consent. These charges appeared on my bill dated August 19, 2025, in different amounts (such as $35, $6, and $31). I believe these purchases may have been made while my young children were using the phone, but I did not receive any approval request or notification message for these transactions.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Vodafone customer service, but no solution was provided and my issue remains unresolved. I request that these charges be fully refunded to me. I am already struggling financially, and having these unexpected and unauthorized charges added to my bill has caused serious hardship. I expect urgent support and a resolution to this matter.
