I noticed that my Enpara QNB Finansbank card was charged $31 under the description “Google Gearup Lower l” without my knowledge or authorization. I did not approve this transaction in any way, did not make such a purchase, and have not used any related service or product.
The transaction appears to have taken place on November 19, 2025, and the statement clearly shows “Google Gearup Lower l” in the description. After noticing this, I contacted Enpara customer service. They informed me that my card might have been compromised and that they would block it since they had no details about this transaction.
I request that the full amount of this unauthorized charge be refunded to my account as soon as possible. Additionally, I ask that a proper investigation be conducted regarding this transaction and that I be provided with a clear written explanation of the findings.
