I am a GCash user and on 10-13-26 at 11:03:17 PM a payment of ₱699.00 was processed from my account to “Hong Kong VCrea” with reference number 177108114. This charge was unexpected and I did not knowingly authorize any payment to this merchant. After receiving the message, I tried to get help through the GCash support system, but so far I have only been able to interact with the AI assistant and have not received clear assistance or resolution regarding this transaction. I request a full refund of the ₱699 debited for this transaction and a proper investigation into how this unauthorized payment was processed from my GCash account.
