Unable to Trade Pepper Coin on Gate.io – Mysterious Coin and Platform Issues
I’m facing an issue with Gate.io regarding Pepper Coin. This coin appeared in my portfolio unexpectedly, and I cannot sell or trade it. Whenever I try to complete a transaction, I receive a message saying it's closed due to a technical issue. I have no information on what this issue is, how long it will last, or even how Pepper Coin ended up in my account without my knowledge.
To make things worse, the app is now only in English, and I’m unable to switch back to Turkish. My portfolio is mixed up with this unexplained Pepper Coin addition, and it’s causing significant confusion and concern. I had planned to invest a large amount through this platform, but this experience has made me reconsider. I need clear answers from Gate.io on how this happened and when these issues will be resolved to restore trust.
