Unable to Access Gate.io Due to Inactive SMS Verification Button
I am unable to log into my Gate.io global account because the SMS verification button is not working. Every time I attempt to log in, I receive a "Too many attempts" message, and the verification code never arrives. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and it is extremely frustrating.
Even when Gate.io appears open, I receive approval notifications only to be logged out again. This issue prevents me from accessing my account and using the platform as intended.
I urgently request that Gate.io resolve this problem as soon as possible. Reliable access and functional security features are essential for a trusted platform, and I expect a prompt resolution.
