I purchased the Garnier Vitamin C 50 SPF Radiant Texture Face Sunscreen from A101 for about ₺190, and I’ve been using it for two days. From the very first application, the product failed to deliver any of the promised results. It doesn’t protect effectively from the sun, doesn’t reduce dark spots, and doesn’t provide any radiance. The texture feels more like a BB cream, and if that’s what I wanted, I would have bought one instead. Considering the price, it’s a huge disappointment that the product doesn’t fulfill any of its claims.
The packaging clearly states that it “reduces the appearance of dark spots” and “gives a radiant glow”, but none of these effects are noticeable. Since I already used the product, A101 wouldn’t accept a return, as they don’t allow refunds for cosmetics. I still have the receipt, though it’s not with me right now, and I can provide it if needed.
Because the product failed to meet its advertised promises, I am requesting a full refund from either Garnier or A101.
