I purchased the Bioderma Photoderm Spot SPF 50 sunscreen expecting premium quality from a well-known skincare brand. The product was original, and I used it only three times. Unfortunately, it caused a terrible reaction on my skin. I developed acne on my cheeks and forehead, and small clogged pores (comedones) appeared under my eyes. My skin simply refused to absorb the sunscreen—it left an unpleasant, greasy film no matter how thinly I applied it.
I had specifically chosen Bioderma thinking I was investing in a reliable, dermatologist-recommended product, but it has been nothing short of a letdown. Now I’m left wondering whether I should regret applying it to my face or regret wasting my ₺ on it.
The most disappointing part is that I trusted the brand’s reputation, only to experience discomfort, irritation, and breakouts. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand—had I done so, I never would have purchased it. Bioderma seriously let me down, and I hope they take customer feedback seriously and address these recurring complaints.
