My account was unexpectedly placed under review by the Garena team on August 16th, without any prior notice or reason. I have always played fair and never resorted to any unfair advantages. During my EC ranked mode match, I unexpectedly got disconnected and was sent back to the lobby. Unfortunately, I'm currently unable to create a team. It consistently alerts about the presence of suspicious players. Could you please unlock my account? I contacted the FF support team, but I'm still waiting for a response.
