My Free Fire Account Partially Blocked After 7-Day Ban. Can't Join Teams or Play Regular Modes

Due to an incident involving a friend, I received a 7-day ban in Garena Free Fire. Although my account has been unbanned, I'm still unable to join teams or play regular game modes. I can only access the Lone Wolf mode.
Please help me resolve this issue. I've invested 6 years into this game, and I don't want to lose all that effort. I'm a dedicated player who truly enjoys the game.
