I Face Unfair Loss in Garena Free Fire Due to Panel-Using Players in Ranked Match

I’m extremely frustrated with Garena Free Fire right now. In a ranked match we recently played as a team of four, we lost unfairly because two opposing players were clearly using illegal panels or hacks. We were getting shot through walls — there’s no other explanation. This wasn’t just a casual game; it was a ranked match, and losing unfairly affects our standing and time investment.

What’s even worse is that we entered the game as high-ranking players (Heroic and Master), yet somehow there were players from the lower Diamond rank in our match. That makes no sense for a ranked matchmaking system. These lower-ranked, panel-using players ruined our experience.

We demand a serious investigation into the accounts involved and appropriate action to be taken. If Garena does not actively stop cheaters, then what’s the point of ranked play? It completely breaks the balance and integrity of the game. Please take immediate steps to restore fair competition and penalize players using unauthorized tools.
