I Face Unfair Account Restriction on Free Fire After Map Bug Incident

I have been playing Free Fire for 6 years and have never used cheats, VPNs, GFX tools, or any third-party software. In December 2024, during a match, my character suddenly fell under the map due to a game bug. Immediately after this incident, my account was flagged as a “suspicious player.”

This was entirely a system error that occurred beyond my control, yet my account has been unfairly restricted as a result. I have invested years of effort and dedication into my progress, and losing access without a valid reason is extremely frustrating.

I am requesting a thorough investigation into my account (Player ID: 969088715) and a fair review of this situation. I expect my account restrictions to be lifted promptly so I can continue playing normally.
