Garena Free Fire Banned Me After Internet Crash—Restore My Account

Hello. I’ve been playing Garena Free Fire for nearly 3 years and it has been one of my favorite games. However, something extremely unfair happened today. While playing with friends, my internet connection suddenly dropped and I was disconnected from the game. When I tried to log back in, I was flagged as a suspicious player and locked out of matches and team play.

I have never used cheats or violated any rules—you’re welcome to review my account. I’ve even spent money on the game because I truly enjoy playing it. It’s incredibly upsetting that a brief internet outage resulted in all my effort and time being dismissed like this.
