I Am Unable to Play Free Fire Since My Account Was Hacked and Banned

My Free Fire account (UID: 361004914, in-game name: Madhumegh) was taken approximately a month ago, and when I recovered it via Facebook, I discovered that it had been banned due to the hacker's behavior. I've always played fairly, never used cheats, and paid money on in-game purchases to help me succeed. It feels wrong to be penalized for something I did not commit, especially when the restriction is clearly due to unauthorized conduct. I have proof and can give records as needed. This account has real worth for me, not only monetarily, but also because of the time and effort I have put in. I respectfully request that the support staff consider my situation carefully and revoke the ban so that I can continue playing.
