Garena Support Fails to Restore Hacked Free Fire Account
I am writing about a serious problem with my Free Fire account. My in-game name is MR IMRAN SK and my Free Fire ID number is 2870532432. My account was hacked, and after that I lost access to it. At the same time, my Gmail account was logged out from my phone. Since then, I have not been able to log back into my account. It now appears that my account may be banned or disconnected from my Gmail, and I cannot use it in any way.
On 02/22/2026, I contacted support about this issue. Although I received a verification code email from Garena, I still cannot access the account. I have important game progress on this account, and I am very upset that I can no longer use it. I kindly request that you urgently investigate my Free Fire account for hacking, restore full access to the account MR IMRAN SK (Free Fire ID 2870532432), and remove any ban or restriction if it was applied due to the hacker’s activity. I want to continue playing with my original account and I am ready to provide any additional information needed to verify that I am the rightful owner of this account.
