Garena Free Fire – Missing Diamond Top-Ups and Incorrect Billing

Today, I made four top-up purchases in Garena Free Fire, but only two were credited to my account, while the other two never arrived, even though the full amount was charged to my bill. I find it unacceptable that such an issue occurs with a company of this size.
Additionally, I spent 2,000 Diamonds on the new Cobra outfit, yet I did not receive even a single piece. This does not seem fair or reasonable.
I expect an immediate resolution to this issue. If necessary, I can provide screenshots as proof of the failed transactions. Please credit my missing Diamonds or process a refund.
