Free Fire Top-Up Failed but R1,500 Airtime Was Charged

On 23 February, I purchased diamonds in Free Fire worth 1500 rand using my Vodacom airtime, but the diamonds were never added to my game account even though the airtime was deducted. After noticing that the diamonds did not arrive, I tried to find a way to contact Free Fire support or the relevant payment support, but I could not find any clear contact channel or help that would solve my problem. As a result, I have been left without the diamonds I paid for and without any assistance. I request that the diamonds corresponding to the 1500 rand airtime deduction be added to my Free Fire account as soon as possible, or that my account be checked and this missing top-up issue be resolved urgently.
