I have a serious problem with my Free Fire account, which is linked to my Facebook profile. About one month ago my account was hacked and since then I have been completely locked out. I can no longer access my in‑game profile and it appears that someone else has full control of it. After noticing this, I contacted support, but I have not received any response or help so far. This situation is very frustrating because my account contains my progress and effort over a long period, and I am currently unable to use it at all. I request that my original Free Fire account linked to my Facebook be recovered and returned to me, and that access for the hacker be completely blocked.
