I am writing regarding an issue with the recovery process for my Free Fire account. I am not receiving the verification or recovery code (OTP) on my linked email address, even though it is correctly connected to my account.
My Free Fire Player ID is 4388648092, and my in-game username is “B A D S H A H✰.” The email linked to my account is princekumar*****@gmail.com, and I play on an Android device. Since February 12, 2026, I have been attempting to receive the OTP at this email address in order to recover and log in to my account, but no code has been delivered.
I have checked my Spam and Junk folders and confirmed that my mailbox storage is not full. I have not made any changes to my email address, phone number, or account details prior to this issue. I have also made diamond purchases on this account in the past.
Because I am not receiving the OTP, I am completely unable to access or recover my Free Fire account. I respectfully request that this issue be investigated, that my access be restored, and that the OTP be successfully delivered to my linked email address as soon as possible.
