Free Fire Max Hacked Account Recovery And Unauthorized Email Removal Request

I am writing about a serious problem with my Free Fire account linked to Facebook. My in‑game name was originally PR!ME J4ILER and my UID is 2386287342. On 24 September 2025, someone hacked my account, added their own recovery email, changed my in‑game name, and after that my original account was suspended for 30 days. With the new game update, a recovery email option was added, but I did not have the chance to add my own email there before the hacker did. Because of this, the hacker is now controlling the recovery email instead of me, which makes it even harder for me to get my account back. Now, when I try to log in with my Facebook account, the game automatically opens a new empty account instead of my main account. I have all the details of my hacked account and can provide screenshots that show the suspension message, the newly opened empty ID that appears when I log in, and the issue on the login screen. I also have payment proofs for subscriptions and purchases made on this account, and I have a screenshot of my account profile from October 2023, which I am ready to share to confirm that I am the real owner. I have not been able to reach Garena or Facebook support yet and I do not know the correct way to contact them, so I am seeking help through this complaint. I request that my original Free Fire account be restored to me, the unauthorized recovery email and any hacker access be removed, the name change done by the hacker be reversed if possible, and the 30‑day suspension applied because of the hacker’s actions be lifted. I kindly ask you to review my case, help me secure my account, and give me back full access as soon as possible.
