Free Fire Keeps Banning My Voice Chat Unfairly

I recently received a 2-day voice chat ban while using in-game voice chat. However, even after the ban expired, I was immediately banned for another 2 days without any explanation. This has now become a repeating issue, and I have never violated any game rules.

Why is this happening? Is this a system error or a false report? I expect my account to be reviewed and for this unjust ban to be lifted immediately. If this is an error, it needs to be fixed so that I don’t keep getting banned unfairly.
