I was shocked to find that I received a two-day voice chat ban in Free Fire even though I didn’t say or do anything inappropriate. The system marked it as “inappropriate voice message,” but I was just playing normally like always. There were no insults, no offensive behavior, nothing at all that would justify this ban.
How can Garena impose such penalties without reviewing the situation or giving players a proper reason? I spend money on this game and expect fair treatment, not random restrictions. Why should I get punished for something I didn’t do?
This situation is unacceptable. I demand an immediate review and the lifting of the voice ban. Garena needs to put in place a more accurate and transparent system instead of punishing players blindly.
