Free Fire Dynamic Duo Points Stuck Due to Inactive Player

I am a Free Fire player from the Pakistan region and my UID is 12089018658, my in‑game nickname is “aqgamer38”. I would like to submit a complaint and report about a player whose UID is 15889515*** and whose name appears as “#azi” from my side. Around one month ago I made a Dynamic Duo with this player. Although the Dynamic Duo is active, he does not come online and does not play with me, so my Dynamic Duo points are not increasing at all. In the screenshots I have attached, it can be seen that we have been buddies for many days, but there is no activity and no points progress, and he has even been offline for about 10 days. Because of this situation my Dynamic Duo progress is stuck and I feel that my time and effort have been wasted. I kindly request that you review this UID and the Dynamic Duo status with my account, and take the necessary action according to your rules, including applying a temporary ban of 1 month to this account if you find any violation, and fixing my Dynamic Duo points or removing this inactive duo connection so that I can use the feature properly again.
